This notice describes how the CYMAZE website handles information submitted through its contact and pilot-request forms. The operating legal entity and registered address will be added when incorporation details are finalized.
Information we receive
When you contact us or request a pilot, we may receive your name, email address, company name, request details, and information you voluntarily include. We may also receive technical information necessary for website security and basic server operations, such as IP address and request metadata.
Aggregate site analytics
We count visits to public pages using first-party daily aggregate counters. These record the page, date, an approximate browser-versus-bot classification, and country only when provided by our hosting edge. They do not retain raw IP addresses, user-agent strings, or cookies. These numbers represent page requests, not verified unique visitors. Server security logs are separate.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate pilot requests, communicate with prospective customers and partners, and protect the website against abuse. Form submissions and acknowledgements may be sent by email to the CYMAZE team and the person submitting the form.
Email service provider
Our website uses Resend to deliver form messages and acknowledgements. Information included in those emails is processed by the service provider as part of email delivery. See Resend’s privacy policy.
Sessions and security
The site may use cookies or server-side sessions for form integrity, bot checks, and restricted demonstration access. Server infrastructure may generate operational and security logs.
Sharing and retention
We do not publish inquiry contents. We share data with service providers when needed to run the website and respond to inquiries, or as required by law. Retention may vary with operational and legal needs. You may request deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable obligations.
